  • Business Owner Package Insurance

    Example image

A Business Owners Policy (BOP) combines property, business interruption, and general liability coverage for small to medium-sized companies. The basic BOP offers business property for both building and contents, and liability insurance protection for the operation of your business. This liability protection will generally include both the operation of your business, at its established location, and the liability from your products or completed operations.Business owners can customize a BOP to meet their specific needs by adding optional coverages to it.

BOP coverage includes protection for damage to the property caused by listed perils, such as fire and theft. Bodily injury and property damage liability would also be incorporated, up to the policy limit, which covers instances of your business harming people or their property. When your business’s operations are suspended temporarily because of a covered loss, you will be able to rely on your BOP for coverage.

Some, but not all of the policies, will also offer business income and extra expense protection after an insured loss. BOP policies do not contain all of the coverages needed by a small business. Notably they do not cover any workers’ compensation, professional liability, or business vehicle coverage.

  • Commercial Property Insurance

    Example image

Commercial property insurance is a special type of insurance that covers the company building as well as the contents owned by the company. “Property” can include a variety of types: lost income or business interruption, buildings, computers, money, and valuable papers. Coverage aims to act quickly to get your business back up and running again after a disaster.

Businesses can select to protect the entire building, inventory, equipment, and additional company property. What’s more, this coverage also offers business interruption insurance to replace lost income and pay suppliers when a business is being put back together after a loss.

  • Commercial Liability Insurance

    Example image

Every business should be shielded from accidents and injuries that happen on the property or within the scope of the firm. Commercial general liability insurance protects your business from expenses resulting from unpredictable, costly, and damaging occurrences.

Normally, it is difficult for businesses or general contractors to work without general insurance. General liability insurance is intended to guard operators and owners of companies from claims that may come from a broad spectrum of sources. These exposures could be just about anything, including liability engendered by accidents from the operations of the insured party, contractual liability, products manufactured by the insured party, etc.

  • Contractors Liability Insurance

Contractors Liability is an insurance that provides coverage to contractors and building professionals for construction errors. It is an essential form of insurance coverage that protects you and your team members, as well as your contracting business, from unexpected financial loss.

Contractors professional liability insurance, or CPL insurance, is purchased by contractors that provide design and building services, and provides coverage of errors made by the contractor as well as errors made by third-parties hired by the contractor, such as engineers.

  • Workers Compensation Insurance

Workers' compensation is a form of insurance providing wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue their employer for the tort of negligence.

By law, most employers are required to provide coverage for lost wages and medical bills incurred as a result of on-the-job accidents or illnesses. For many businesses, workers comp coverage is the largest part of its insurance expense.

  • Disability Insurance

Disability insurance offers income protection to individuals who become disabled for a long period of time, and as a result can no longer work during that time period. It is a form of insurance that insures the beneficiary's earned income against the risk that a disability creates a barrier for a worker to complete the core functions of their work.

Disability insurance pays a portion of your income if you can’t work for an extended period because of an illness or injury. Disability policies vary in how they define “disabled".
